The Quarterly: Homebot’s Q2 2026 Product Releases

August 1, 2026

In Q1, we focused on helping you find the right person to reach out to. This quarter was about what happens next — giving the people in your database more reasons to engage, and giving you more ways to be there when they do.

Here’s what shipped in Q2 and what’s rolling out right now:

  • Financial calculators and prequalification requests are live for real estate agents on the solo plan
  • New moment-based homeowner emails that reach out when something meaningful happens
  • Consent capture for calls and texts, so the outreach tools you already use work better with Homebot
  • Homebot AI, now in beta for both professionals and homeowners

If you’re new to Homebot, you can see how the platform works for loan officers, real estate agents, and insurance agents on our solutions pages.

Release 1: Financial Calculators and Prequalification Requests for Real Estate Agents

Real estate agents on the solo plan now have Homebot’s financial calculators live inside the experience their homeowners and buyers see every month — along with prequalification requests that come straight to you.

1. Purchasing Power Calculator

They enter income, debt, and a few financial details to see what they can afford and why, with a breakdown of how each factor moves their buying power.

2. Monthly Mortgage Payment Calculator

They enter a target home price for an instant monthly payment estimate, then adjust loan type, rate, and taxes to match their scenario.

3. Short-Term Rental Calculator

They enter an address and Homebot estimates how that home could perform as a short-term rental.

There’s nothing to set up. The Calculators tab appears automatically. (If you’re on a partner or team plan, your contacts have had these tools all along.)

Release 2: Homeowner Emails That Show Up at the Right Moment

The monthly Home Digest does something no other touchpoint can: it keeps every homeowner in your database connected to the wealth they’re building in their home, with your name on it. That’s not changing.

Three Homebot homeowner emails showing a refinance opportunity, estimated buying power, and an equity update

What’s new is everything that happens between the monthly sends. Homebot now reaches out on your behalf when something meaningful actually happens for a homeowner:

1. A Refinance Opportunity Worth Acting On

When rates and their loan line up, they hear about it while it matters.

2. A Clearer Picture of Their Buying Power

What they could afford in today’s market, with live rates, so the “could we actually move?” question gets a real answer.

3. What Their Equity Is Really Doing

As the wealth in their home grows, they see it, understand it, and know what it could unlock.

Each one is a single, focused message tied to their real financial picture — one moment, one clear next step, sent on your behalf. Together they do what Homebot has always done best: educate homeowners about their home finances, with you as the guide. The first of these are live and sending today, with more rolling out over the coming weeks.

The emails themselves got a refresh too: a cleaner, lighter design across the board, so every touchpoint carrying your brand looks its best.

Release 3: Consent Capture for Calls and Texts

Email is where Homebot lives, but it’s not the only way you stay in front of your database. Many of you are using dialers, texting platforms, and AI voice tools like Total Expert’s to reach people at the right moment — and that outreach works best when consent is handled properly from the start.

So we built it in. Homeowners can now opt in to hear from you by phone and text directly through their Homebot experience, and that consent is captured, stored, and honored across the platform — an auditable record of who said yes, to what, and when.

What that means for you:

  • Confidence that your call and text outreach — through Homebot or the tools you already use — is built on real, documented consent
  • A foundation that’s ready as your outreach programs grow
  • One less thing to reconcile by hand

Release 4: Homebot AI, Now in Beta

We’ve been building AI into both sides of Homebot, and both are now in beta.

For Professionals

Ask Homebot AI who in your database is worth a call today and get real answers.

  • Actual people, not scores or segments
  • The reasons why each one is worth the call
  • All drawn from your own book

For Homeowners

They can ask questions about their home and get straight answers grounded in their actual data, not generic advice.

  • What their home is worth
  • How much equity they have
  • Whether refinancing makes sense

What beta has shown us so far:

Homeowners immediately ask the questions that matter: equity, refi math, cash-out options. And because Homebot AI answers honestly, including “no, refinancing doesn’t make sense for you right now” when that’s the truth, the conversation that follows with you starts from a place of trust.

Q2 Was About Showing Up

More tools in your contacts’ hands, emails that arrive when they matter, consent that makes your whole outreach stack work better, and an AI that answers honestly on your behalf.

In the meantime, see how Homebot works for loan officers and real estate agents — and we’ll be back with Q3 releases this fall.
