Q1 was about closing that gap. Five releases on the Clients page, all built around the same idea: a shorter path from signal to action.

Here's what shipped:

  • Opportunity Lists now rank by engagement, not just eligibility
  • Quick Look shows full client context without leaving the page
  • Outreach Tracking stops the same names from circling back week after week
  • Dedicated tabs separate the work coming to you from the work you're chasing
  • Bulk video send, multi-home flags, and faster search round out the daily-use updates

Here’s everything that shipped this quarter.

Release 1: Smarter Opportunity Lists

The lists you know (Ready for Refi, Likely to Sell, Highly Engaged) are still there. Now they factor in client engagement signals alongside the financial filters, so you’re seeing who’s likely to act, not only who’s eligible.

  • Engagement-powered ranking: A client who opened their Home Digest three times this week ranks higher than someone who qualifies on paper but hasn’t engaged in months
  • Dynamic columns: Each list shows the data that matters for that opportunity. Ready for Refi shows refi potential. Likely to Sell shows sell probability percentage
  • Engagement sorting: Within each list, clients are sorted by most recent activity so the warmest prospect is always at the top
  • Cleaner design: Scannable rows, clear visual hierarchy, mobile responsive

Release 2: Quick Look Panel

Clicking into a client used to take you to a full profile page, then back, then into the next one. Quick Look cuts all of that out.

  • Contact info: Phone and email one click away
  • Property details: Address, home value, rate, and equity at a glance
  • Multiple homes dropdown: For clients with more than one property, flip between each without leaving the panel
  • Homeowner/Buyer tag: Know instantly whether you’re looking at a paying homeowner or a prospect
  • Lists they qualify for: See every active opportunity for this client with activity details
  • Client notes: Add notes without leaving the panel
  • Send AI Video: Beta users can send video directly from Quick Look

Release 3: Outreach Tracking

One of the most consistent pieces of feedback we’ve heard: “I don’t know who I’ve already called.” Lists would fill back up with the same people week after week, even after you’d already reached out. That’s fixed now.

  • Remove from list: Snooze clients you’ve already contacted so they stop showing up
  • Auto-reappear: If they qualify again later (new engagement, updated data), they’ll resurface on their own
  • Video sent tracking: See when you last sent a video to any client
  • Suppression rules: The system prevents the same clients from reappearing repeatedly after removal

Release 4: Dedicated Tabs for Different Workflows

Inbound requests and outbound opportunities are different workflows. They used to sit in the same space, which made both harder to navigate. Now everything has a home.

  • Your Clients: Your full database and outbound opportunity lists
  • Action Items: CMA and pre-qual requests from clients who came to you
  • Leads: New contacts from your personal share link
  • Maintenance: Data hygiene issues like missing emails or incomplete profiles
  • Activity: A running feed of recent client engagement

Release 5: Better Filtering and Search

A few additions that make the page easier to work through day to day.

  • Homeowner/Buyer filter: Focus on homeowners only, or switch to your buyer pipeline depending on what you’re working
  • Multiple homes indicator: Clients with more than one property are flagged so you can see the full picture before you call
  • Bulk video send: Select multiple clients at once and send AI videos in a single action
  • Search on All Clients: When you know who you’re looking for, use the search bar to pull them up fast

Your Database Is Already Working. Now You Can See It.

Every release this quarter was built around the same idea: the intelligence was already there. What was missing was a faster path from signal to action.

The new Clients page gives you that path. Smarter lists, a side panel that eliminates extra clicks, outreach tracking that keeps your pipeline clean, and tabs that separate the work you’re chasing from the work that’s coming to you.
