We’ve automated client uploads, allowing lenders to streamline the delivery of Homebot digests, further enhancing the lender-borrower relationship. Contacts can be assigned a unique group, which will immediately upload those contacts to Homebot with their unique loan and home information. The integration also allows Total Expert customers to use the Journeys feature to upload new contacts into Homebot automatically once they’ve met a specific criteria, or achieve specific triggers within a Journey.
